Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate wear, accessories, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.
- Return Process
- Email us at support@rangrezza.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.
Partial Refunds
In cases where the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, only a partial refund may be granted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
